Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories are not eligible, because the prize cannot be delivered to those locations.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and of Aluminum Outdoor Kitchens LLC, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
Free method of entry. During the Entry Period, visit fireislands.com/pages/outdoor-kitchen-giveaway, use the on-page design tool to select your preferred door style, finish, and countertop, and complete the entry form with the requested information, including a valid email address. Completing the form earns one (1) entry. No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required.
The design tool is free to use and is not a purchase. Using it does not require payment, does not create an order, and does not obligate you to buy anything. Design selections are recorded with your entry so that Sponsor can build the prize to the winner’s stated preferences, and are not used to determine the winner. Design selections do not affect your odds of winning. If a winner’s design selections are unavailable at the time of production, Sponsor will work with the winner to select comparable available options.
Bonus entries. Additional entries may be earned through the optional actions listed on the entry form, such as referring a friend or following Sponsor on social media. All bonus-entry actions are free, optional, and are not required to enter or to win. The number of entries awarded for each action is displayed on the entry form.
Text message sign-up is optional. Consenting to receive text messages from Sponsor is not required to enter, is not a condition of entry, and does not increase your chances of winning.
Limit: one (1) entrant per person and per email address. Entries submitted by any automated system, script, bot, or other means that subvert the entry process are void. Entrants must have a valid email address and are responsible for maintaining it. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are void.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) Fire Islands outdoor kitchen in the six-foot (6’) configuration, including one (1) Blaze LTE+ 32″ grill mounted in the center of the run, a 16-gauge 304 stainless steel countertop, and the winner’s choice of available door style, finish, and countertop as recorded at entry or as otherwise agreed with the winner, shipped fully assembled to a single delivery address within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.
No cash alternative is offered and no portion of the prize is paid in cash. The grill model and its placement are fixed and are not selectable by the entrant or winner; on the six-foot (6’) size the grill is centered.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $7,359.00. Total ARV of all prizes offered in this Promotion: $7,359.00. ARV reflects the highest-value configuration available to the winner, including delivery. The actual value may be lower depending on the options selected; no difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will be awarded.
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee other than the manufacturer’s standard product warranties. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
What is not included. The prize does not include site preparation, concrete or paver pads, electrical work, gas line installation or connection, permits, inspections, or any labor associated with installation. All gas connections must be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified gas technician at the winner’s expense. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and suitable, and for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal building codes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
On or about December 1, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor using the random selection function of the ViralSweep platform. The drawing is final and binding in all respects.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry, and may also be contacted by phone. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the date notification is sent.
Prior to being declared the winner and receiving the prize, the potential winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time required, fails to return the required documents within the time required, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not obligated to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.
Delivery will be scheduled directly with the winner following verification and receipt of all required documents. Allow eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks from verification for production and delivery, as the prize is built to order. The winner must provide a valid delivery address within the eligible area and must be present, or arrange for an authorized adult to be present, to accept delivery.
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the value of the prize exceeds $600, Sponsor will report the fair market value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC. The winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for this purpose. Sponsor does not provide any cash payment toward this tax liability. The winner is strongly encouraged to consult a tax professional before accepting the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, photographs, video, and statements about the Promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, or approval.
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Aluminum Outdoor Kitchens LLC, ViralSweep, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries or notifications; for technical, hardware, software, network, or telecommunications failures; or for any error in the administration of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Entrants who separately opt in to email or text messages may unsubscribe at any time.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Citrus County, Florida. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.
Because the total prize value exceeds $5,000, this Promotion has been filed with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as required by Section 849.094, Florida Statutes, and is secured by a surety bond or trust account in the amount of the total prize value. A list of winners will be filed with the Department following the conclusion of the Promotion.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from all liability in connection with this Promotion. Any questions or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
