Limited Lifetime Warranty

Fire Islands LLC (“Fire Islands,” “we” or “us”) stands behind every cabinet we sell. This warranty covers the whole cabinet, not just the frame. Our cabinets are built for Fire Islands by Aluminum Outdoor Kitchens LLC, our manufacturer, and this warranty is given by Fire Islands.

In this warranty, “cabinet” means a Fire Islands outdoor kitchen cabinet or the enclosure of a Fire Islands fire table, and “countertop” includes the top of a fire table.

1. Who this warranty covers

This warranty is given to the original retail purchaser of a Fire Islands outdoor kitchen cabinet or fire table bought directly from Fire Islands, for residential use. It is not transferable. If the cabinet is sold or given to someone else, this warranty ends.

The warranty is based on the delivery address on your order, which we treat as the installed address. If the cabinet will be installed at a different address, you must tell us at the time of purchase, before it ships, so we can record the correct installed address.

If you move and take the cabinet with you, your warranty stays in effect. Tell us the new installed address so we can update our records.

2. How long it lasts

“Lifetime” means for as long as the original purchaser owns the cabinet.

3. What is covered: the cabinet

We warrant the following parts of your cabinet against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use:

• The welded aluminum frame
• The marine-grade HDPE polymer doors, drawer fronts and panels, including the LP tank access panel on fire tables
• The powder coated 304 stainless steel countertop, or the powder coated top of a fire table
• The adjustable leveling legs

If a covered part is defective, we will repair it or send you a replacement part, at our choice, and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement part to you. Each defective cabinet part may be replaced one time under this warranty. A replacement part is covered for the rest of the original warranty period.

4. What is covered: hardware, no questions asked

Hinges, drawer slides, and handles and pulls are covered differently. If any of them fails, for any reason, we will replace each failed item one time, no questions asked. You do not need to tell us why it failed. Just send us photos of the failed item.

The replacement hardware and the cost of shipping it to you are both covered under this one-time replacement. Labor and any installation costs are not covered. The other exclusions in Section 6 do not apply to this hardware replacement.

5. How repairs and replacements work

• Replacement parts are sent to you for installation. Most parts fit with ordinary hand tools.
• If an original part is no longer made, we will send a part of equal or better quality.
• Color match is not guaranteed. Polymer board and powder coat can vary slightly between production runs, and outdoor exposure changes how a finish looks over time.

6. What is not covered

Except as stated for hardware in Section 4, this warranty does not cover:

• Labor or installation costs of any kind, including removing, installing or reinstalling parts, and disconnecting or reconnecting gas or electrical lines
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect or accident
• Damage from modification or alteration of any cabinet component by anyone other than Fire Islands, including cutting, drilling or adding cutouts
• Commercial, rental or other non-residential use
• Damage from hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, storm surge, lightning, wildfire, earthquakes, falling trees or debris, and other natural disasters or severe weather events
• Damage from fire or excessive heat, other than heat from appliances supplied by Fire Islands and installed and used as directed
• Damage from installation or use contrary to the Fire Islands Care & Use Guide, including blocking the cabinet’s ventilation openings
• Damage from harsh chemicals, solvents or abrasive cleaners, or from storing pool chemicals in or near the cabinet
• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, scuffs, stains, and gradual color fading from sun exposure
• Damage that occurs in shipping, which is handled under our Shipping Policy and must be noted on the delivery receipt

7. Appliances and burners from other manufacturers

Grills, side burners, griddles and refrigerators are made by Blaze and are covered by the Blaze warranty. Crystal Fire® Plus burners are made by The Outdoor GreatRoom Company and are covered by their warranty. Those warranties, not this one, apply to those products. Copies are linked in the footer of fireislands.com, and we are happy to help you start a claim with either manufacturer.

8. How to make a claim

Email info@fireislands.com with:

• Your name and order number
• The installed address (the delivery address on your order, unless you gave us a different one at purchase)
• A short description of the problem
• Photos of the affected part

For a hardware replacement under Section 4, photos of the failed item are all we need. Keep your order confirmation email as your proof of purchase. No registration is required.

9. Legal terms

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.

Fire Islands is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from a defect or from the use of the cabinet. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

This is the complete warranty for Fire Islands cabinets and fire tables. No employee, dealer or other person may change or add to it. The warranty in effect on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to your cabinet or fire table.
