Returns & Refunds

Built to order: no standard returns

Every Fire Islands cabinet is custom-built to your exact configuration. Because we begin production based on your specific choices, we cannot accept returns on completed orders.

Cancellation window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. To cancel, email info@fireislands.com with your order number and subject line "Order Cancellation." Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Manufacturing defects

If your cabinet arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@fireislands.com with photos and your order number. We will repair or replace the affected component at no cost under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Shipping damage

Damage occurring in transit is handled separately. See our Shipping Policy for the damage claims process.

Blaze appliances

Blaze appliances are subject to Blaze's own return and warranty policies. Visit blazegrills.com/warranty for details.

Non-returnable items

• Any completed custom cabinet order (after the 24-hour cancellation window)
• Items that have been installed or modified
• Items damaged by misuse, weather events, or improper maintenance
