Fire Islands is a Florida-based outdoor kitchen brand. All cabinets are manufactured by our own team in Homosassa, FL.
All pricing shown in the configurator is an estimate only. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout. Product images and finish swatches are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and material batch variation.
All Fire Islands cabinets are built to order. You may cancel within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Full payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit cards via Shopify Payments. We do not store payment card information.
All content on FireIslands.com, including product names (Royal, Sago, Foxtail), photos, descriptions, and configurator design, is the property of Fire Islands LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Ventilation Warning. Fire Islands outdoor kitchen cabinets and fire tables are designed with necessary ventilation openings. These vents must never be blocked, covered, or obstructed in any way. Blocking ventilation creates a risk of heat buildup, fire, or gas accumulation that could result in serious injury, death, or property damage. Blocking ventilation also voids your warranty.
Gas Installation. All LP and natural gas connections must be made by a licensed plumber or qualified gas technician. Fire Islands is not responsible for injury, death, or property damage resulting from improper gas installation or failure to comply with applicable local codes.
Limitation of Liability. Fire Islands is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, failure to follow the Care & Use Guide, or obstruction of designed ventilation. Any modification to the product voids the warranty and releases Fire Islands from all related liability.
Code Compliance. All Fire Islands products must be installed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal building codes. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain required permits and inspections. Fire Islands recommends consulting a licensed contractor for installation.
No Legal Advice. Nothing in these Terms or the Care & Use Guide constitutes legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney, contractor, or plumber for questions specific to your jurisdiction and installation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Islands shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Citrus County, Florida.
