Design your outdoor kitchen
Step 1 of 7
Choose your layout
The layout is the foundation. Straight runs ship as one complete piece. The L-Shape is a 7'×4' configuration. Ships in 2 sections, bolt together on arrival with a wrench.
Step 2 of 7
How long is your run?
All dimensions are exterior measurements. Cabinet depth is 28", height is 36". L-shapes include one 4' return leg.
Step 3 of 7
Choose your door style
All three styles are cut from the same marine-grade HDPE poly board, and all three cost the same, so choose on looks alone. The material handles sun, rain, and salt air without fading, warping, or absorbing moisture, and it never needs refinishing. Drawer fronts are always Royal flat panel, which keeps one clean horizontal line across the run. Doors hang on fully adjustable soft close hinges, and every drawer rides the Z-Box system.
Step 4 of 7
Pick your finish
All doors and drawers are HDPE poly board on a welded aluminum frame. Choose solid color or woodgrain texture.

Note on color
Color reproduces differently on every monitor, phone and printer, and the difference can be considerable. These swatches are photographed from the actual poly and color corrected, but they are a guide, not a match. The board you receive may vary from what you see here.
Step 5 of 7
Pick your countertop
Every countertop is powder coated 16-gauge 304 stainless in your choice of two colors, included in the price of every cabinet. Lighter shades stay cooler in direct sun.
Step 6 of 7
Add accessories
Select your Blaze appliances and any cabinet add-ons. Storage drawers are included in every cabinet.
All cooking appliances are Blaze, the most trusted name in outdoor cooking.Step 7 of 7
Grill placement
Choose where the grill sits along your cabinet run. Side burner placement is fixed: always immediately left of the grill, except when the grill is on the left end (mounts right instead).
