Shipping Policy

Free shipping, contiguous U.S.

All Fire Islands outdoor kitchen cabinets and fire tables ship free to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping costs are included in the displayed product pricing. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses.

Lead time

All cabinets are built to order in our Homosassa, Florida facility. Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. We will notify you if your order is delayed.

How your order ships

Fire Islands cabinets ship fully assembled via LTL freight carrier. Standard delivery is curbside: the driver will bring your shipment to the curb or end of your driveway.

• Straight Run: ships as one complete unit, countertop installed
• L-Shape: ships in 2 sections; bolt together on arrival using included hardware (15–20 minutes, no special tools required)

Delivery appointment

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to accept and inspect the shipment. Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, before the driver leaves: note the damage on the delivery receipt, photograph all damage, and email photos and your order number to info@fireislands.com within 24 hours. We will work with you to replace or repair any items damaged in transit.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Freight shipments may take 24–48 hours to show tracking movement after pickup.
