The burner is listed, and the paperwork comes with it.

The question a fire marshal asks first is what the appliance is listed to. Here is the answer, and every document behind it is available before you order rather than after.

Appliance: Crystal Fire® Plus burner, by The Outdoor GreatRoom Company. Decorative gas-fired outdoor fireplace.
Listing: Listed by Underwriters Laboratories, tested to ANSI Z21.97-2017 / CSA 2.41-2017, Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances.
State approval: Approved for use in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, approval code G-2025-151.
Burner warranty: 5 years commercial on stainless steel burners, 1 year on ignition and electronic components. The Outdoor GreatRoom Company's own terms.
Fuel: Liquid propane from a cylinder in the end access panel, or hard piped to natural gas. Fixed piping must conform to local code, or to ANSI Z223.1 / NFPA 54 and CSA B149.1.
Documentation: The full installation manual, clearance requirements and dimensioned drawings go to your installer and your AHJ on request.

The burner is The Outdoor GreatRoom Company's and so is its listing, its warranty and its installation manual. We are the selling dealer, which means a claim starts with us, and it means we hand you their paperwork rather than paraphrasing it.

Our warranty

A commercial warranty, written for commercial use.

Most of this category runs on a consumer warranty that voids as soon as a table goes into commercial use. Properties get their own warranty here, and these are its terms, on the page, rather than a conversation to have after you ask.

Welded frame: 5 years. The aluminum frame and enclosure, welded corner to corner.
Polymer panels: 2 years. Marine grade HDPE, colored all the way through.
Powder coated top: 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.
Hardware: 1 year, one replacement, where a table has any.
Burner: Covered by The Outdoor GreatRoom Company, above. We handle the claim with them as your selling dealer.

Specification

Two sizes, three burners, eighteen finishes.

Sizes: 42" × 42" × 23 7/8" high, or 36" × 60" × 23 7/8" high. Freestanding, on leveling feet.
Burners: 20" round or 24" square on the 42 square. 12" × 24" linear on the 3 by 5.
Frame: Welded aluminum, corner to corner. Leveling leg pads welded to the frame.
Panels: Marine grade HDPE. King StarBoard ST in 12 solid colors, or SIMONA Polygrain in 6 embossed woodgrains.
Top: Heavy 16-gauge 304 stainless, powder coated grey or tan, included in the price.
Included: Clear fire glass media. Glass wind guards are available per burner.

Before you specify one

Five things worth knowing before it goes in a budget.

Outdoors only: It must not be installed in an enclosed structure. A roofed courtyard or a covered terrace needs a code conversation before anyone orders.
Not for cooking: It is a decorative appliance. Nothing is cooked on it.
Qualified installer: Installation and service by a qualified installer, service agency or the gas supplier. OGC recommends NFI certified gas professionals.
Maintenance: Hardware needs lubricating quarterly at hospitality duty. Left dry it corrodes and seizes, and no warranty anywhere covers neglect.
No rating claim: We do not hold a non-combustible rating and do not claim one. The appliance's own installation instructions always govern clearances.
