Nearly 20 years in outdoor kitchens · Welding our own since 2012 · Lifetime frame warranty

It starts at $6,024.

That is the cabinet, welded and finished, with a Blaze grill cut in and the powder coated stainless countertop on, delivered to your door assembled. Every price below is a complete kitchen, not a cabinet.

Five foot run, Blaze BCM 25 inch$6,024

The cheapest complete kitchen we sell. Cabinet, doors, drawers, powder coated stainless countertop and a grill cut in and fitted before it leaves the shop.

Six foot run, Blaze LTE+ 32 inch$7,099

The one we recommend, and the one in most of our photographs. A foot more counter and the better grill.

L-shape, Blaze LTE+ 32 inch$8,474

Corner run, more counter, somewhere to put the pan down.

Two things move the number and nothing else does. Another foot of cabinet is $325. Stepping from the 25 inch Blaze to the 32 inch LTE+ is $425. That is the whole range, and the configurator adds it up in front of you.

What you are not paying for.

In the price

  • Welded aluminum frame, lifetime warranty
  • Marine grade polymer doors and drawers
  • Powder coated 16-gauge 304 stainless countertop, two colors
  • Blaze appliances, cut in and fitted
  • Freight to your door, assembled

Not in the price

  • A contractor, because there is nothing to build
  • Masonry, block, or a poured pad
  • Three weeks of your yard being a site
  • A gas line, if you want natural gas
  • A permit, for a freestanding cabinet

A built-on-site kitchen is quoted per project, after somebody has looked at your house. Ours has a number you can read right now, before you speak to anyone.

It turns up finished.

Not flat-packed. Not a kit. The cabinet is welded, the doors are hung, the countertop is on and the grill is already cut in. It comes off the truck on a pallet and goes where you want it.

Why it survives here.

Florida eats outdoor kitchens. Wood frames rot, stainless cabinets rust at the welds, and masonry cracks and holds water. Ours is welded aluminum, so there is nothing in the frame that can rust or rot, and the doors are the same marine polymer used on boat decks. The countertop is powder coated 304 stainless in one of two colors, and the lighter one stays noticeably cooler under direct sun, which matters more here than it would anywhere else. That is why the frame carries a lifetime warranty. It is not a promise about the future, it is a statement about the material.

Who builds it.

Our family has been in outdoor kitchens in Florida for nearly twenty years, and welding our own cabinets in Homosassa since 2012. Fire Islands is the name we put on them. That part is new. The cabinets are not.
